Weight Loss Journey and Her Love Of Exercising

Candy is great teacher and motivator. Since I started training with her, I've done things I never thought I could. Her attention to detail means she often sees improvements I don't even notice. At the beginning I was skeptical about the 'value' of personal training. The value Candy brings:

  1. Building my confidence by making me try exercises I would never do on my own

  2. Keeping things interesting by always introducing new exercises

  3. Her willingness to teach me about each exercise and the benefits of each

  4. Her knowledge and ability to customize and design my workouts to work on my weaknesses

When I started training, my goals were weight loss and getting active. I've since dropped three dress sizes and I've actually got muscle definition. I look forward to going to the gym!
